First Rizon is a technology-led fitness brand, starting with Oscillate — an India-patented spin bike that moves with you, tilting up to 15° on each side. From connected equipment to studios, technology and community, we’re building a unique fitness ecosystem under one roof.
The venture
Equipment, gyms and boutique formats all exist in India. They simply do not sit together. First Rizon is being built as one brand across all three: a patented product to ride, a studio to train in, and an app that connects them.
Equipment
Traditional cardio equipment is functional and repetitive. Innovation exists, but it arrives as imported hardware at prices most Indian buyers will not pay.
Gyms
Large floors, limited variety. Personalisation and community stay thin, and the membership stays transactional.
Experiences
Spinning, Pilates, CrossFit, strength and recovery each exist, under different memberships, in different locations, with different communities.
What we are building
The product brings a rider in. The studio and the app keep them in the brand, and each one is designed around the same patented motion.

Two products, one patented motion. Oscillate tilts up to 15 degrees on each side, so the bike moves the way a road bike moves, engaging the core, working balance and turning a seated cardio session into a full body ride.

Ownership
Oscillate is a mechanical product with modular components, which keeps servicing simple and the long term cost of ownership low.
The frame carries a five year warranty, covering the structural core of the machine and the oscillation assembly it is built around.
Components carry a one year warranty. Parts are modular, so a single element can be replaced without work on the rest of the bike.
An annual maintenance contract runs at five thousand rupees a year from year three onwards, with service and maintenance options available after that.

The frame leans. Patented Oscillation Motion Technology lets the bike tilt up to 15 degrees on each side as you ride, so the motion follows your body the way a road bike does. That brings your core, your stabilising muscles and your balance into a session that would otherwise be legs only.
Both share the same patented motion and the same frame. Ace adds an integrated touchscreen, Bluetooth connectivity, access to platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Netflix and Prime Video, and a complimentary mobile holder.
Oscillate Spin is ₹69,999 and Oscillate Ace is ₹89,999. Volume pricing for gyms, hotels, studios and offices is quoted against the order, so write to us with the unit count.
Yes. Send us an enquiry and we will arrange a live demo on a working machine. Live demos are currently available in Delhi NCR only, and for business enquiries in that region we can bring the demo to your site. If you are elsewhere in India, tell us your city and we will come back to you as we expand.

Yes. The stability lock holds the frame steady for a conventional seated ride, so a first timer can start on a familiar machine and release the oscillation when they are ready for it.
In India. Domestic manufacturing is what allows us to hold a premium specification at a price that imported leaning bikes cannot reach.
Studios are phase two and are planned for FY 2029. Nothing is open today, and no locations have been announced. If you are a landlord, operator or partner interested in the format, we would like to hear from you early.

This is where First Rizon is headed, not where it is today. The studios are planned for FY 2029: spinning on our own bikes, Pilates, CrossFit and proper recovery, so a member will never have to leave the brand to train differently. Nothing on this page is open yet.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for the relationship, and delete it on request unless we are required to retain it by law.

First Rizon is at an early commercial stage. Oscillate Spin and Oscillate Ace are coming soon, from FY 2027, and are not yet available for general sale. First Rizon Fitness Studios are phase two of the plan and are targeted for FY 2029; no studio is open today and no locations have been announced. Features, specifications, pricing and timelines described on this site may change before general availability.
